All packages are sent from our fulfilment centre in Michigan, using a mix of services (FedEx, DHL or USPS). We send all Caps in secure cardboard boxes.

Shipping Times
We do our best to ensure all orders received by 5 pm (AEST) are posted within 2 business days.
Once we hand the item over to the service provider, the delivery is out of our hands, but that doesn’t mean we don’t care.
Delivery times vary depending where the product needs to be delivered.
For Standard Parcel Post, please allow up to 5 business days.
For Express, please allow 2 business days from shipped.
