I have used this hat on a few trails and runs and has provided great sun protection. I like the fabric and color. Dries quickly and looks nice. L size was lil bit wider than expected but adjustable cord helped with finding a good fit. Would recommend.

I shaved two minutes off my pace, 3 minutes when worn backwards and can’t see anything.

But in all seriousness, you become a road wizard. Buy one. Buy one now.

Regret not better protecting my skin during many summers of lifeguarding. I feel prepared to be sun smart while running this season. Comfortable and cool. Love the pony tail spot!
